The owner upon arrival was friendly! Grimselsee is so close to the hotel. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake. In addition, there's free parking. Would definitely book again if in the area.

It is undoubtedly a deluxe option when in Oberwald. Stunning views and very friendly staff. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was tasty...
